Loro Lino Fine Linens, LLC customers are responsible for shipping costs. FEDEX is the preferred carrier.
We accept returns for instock items.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. If for any reason, the product is damaged upon arrival, you must contact Loro Lino Fine Linens, LLC within 2 business days after shipment arrival. Loro Lino Fine Linens, LLC will not accept any exchanges of merchandise which have been used or altered in any way. All exchanges require a written consent or a RA (Return Authorization) #. The exchange shipment must be in original packaging and must include the RA #. RA #’s are only valid for 14 business days from the initial date of arrival. After the 14 business days, the RA # will be voided. Any shipping charges accrued will not be absorbed by Loro Lino, INC. All goods will be inspected by Loro Lino, INC upon arrival and a team member will assist you with an exchange for goods.
Due to the customization and construction of all Loro Lino Fine Linens, LLC. Products being hand-finished, hand-sewn and handmade, some minor variations in color, construction and thread may occur and are completely normal.
We use any information provided by you, such as for confirming and tracking your order, and customer service, for internal purposes only. We will not share your information with any third party.
